Available Functions:
Each individual who has access
to GNB-online will have the ability to inquire on any accounts they are an
owner or signer of; including checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA’s,
and loans. You will be able to look up
images of checks, have access to four (4) months of past bank statements,
transfer between accounts, set up scheduled transfers, make loan payments, pay
bills, and set up recurring bill payments.
If you think you should have access to an account please notify the bank
and a member of the staff will look into the account setup.
User Code & Password:
Each individual who wants access to GNB-online must designate a user code and
password. The user code must be at least
six (6) characters and is case sensitive.
The password must be a minimum of eight (8) characters, up to a maximum
of seventeen (17) characters, which must consist of at least two (2) numeric
characters and two (2) alpha characters and are case sensitive. For example,
your password may be: 123signup. For security purposes it is a good idea to
have unique user codes and passwords; do not use your name or common words.
Security Features:
Your password will expire every
four (4) months and you will be required to change it. A session will be terminated if it is
inactive for 10 minutes forcing you to logon again. You are allowed three (3) invalid password
attempts after that you will be locked out and will have to contact the
bank. If you do not logon in ninety (90)
days you will not have access to GNB-online and will have be reestablished as a
user by performing the First Time User functions again. This is a Private Secure Site and only
Authorized Users are allowed. This site
has be upgraded to provide the added security of Multi-Factor Authentication
per federal regulations.
Bill Payments:
You may use the GNB-online Bill
Pay Service to electronically schedule payments. Payments are posted against
your balance available for withdrawal, plus the available credit on your
overdraft protection, if any, or other line of credit. Recurring payments are those made for the
same amount and are made on a weekly, bi-monthly, monthly basis, etc. Once
started, recurring payments will be made automatically until you use your PC to
delete the scheduled payment.
Delivery of Your Payments and
Transfers:
You may schedule payments to be
initiated on the current business day, on a future date, or on the same date of
each month. Although you can enter
payment information through GNB-online twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7)
days a week, payments can be initiated only on business days. Funds will be
deducted from your Account on the business day on which a payment is to be
"initiated" (the payment date).
After funds are withdrawn from you Account, we will remit your payments
by mailing your Payee a check. If you
direct the initiation of a payment to occur on a day other than a business day,
it will be initiated on the previous business day. If the funds are not available the system
will continue to try and pay the bill until the funds are available. Remember this may cause a late payment and
the bank is not liable for any late payments or late fees caused by the lack of
funds in your account.
Fee Schedule:
Per User ID an Internet Banking
Maintenance Fee of $5.00 will be accessed but if you logon at least once during
the month you will receive a $5.00 Internet Usage Credit; therefore if you use
GNB-online this is a free service. Within
a month, per User ID, you can obtain ten (10) check images at no charge but you
will be charged an Image Retrieval Fee of $1.00 for each image thereafter. Also, per User ID, during a month you can use
the Bill Payment function to pay bills five (5) times free and thereafter you
would be charged $.50 for each payment.
